- Educational Qualifications - Candidates must have a Bachelor Degree of Arts or Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent thereto from a recognized University. The Candidates shall have to pass a test at a speed f 8 W.P.M in English Short-hand and 20 W.P. in Transcription of  same on Computer. -Age Limit- Candidate's age limit should be Mini. of 18 years and Max. of 42 years of age as on 1 Jan-2021. The  age limit is relaxable as per instructions of Honble High Court and as Prescribed by Haryana Government From time to time.
